Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

SharpAbacus Learning School (OPC) Private Limited is committed to providing transparent and fair refund policies for all our educational services and courses.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable under the following circumstances:

• Course cancellation by SharpAbacus due to insufficient enrollment
• Technical issues preventing access to paid digital content
• Dissatisfaction with course quality within the first 7 days
• Medical emergencies preventing course completion (documentation required)

3. Refund Timeline

Full Refund (100%): Available within 7 days of course purchase if no content has been accessed.

Partial Refund (50%): Available within 15 days of course purchase if less than 25% of content has been accessed.

No Refund: After 15 days or if more than 25% of content has been accessed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team at admin@sharpabacus.com
2. Provide your enrollment details and reason for refund
3. Submit any required documentation
4. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
• UPI/Digital wallets: 3-5 business days
• Net banking: 5-10 business days

6. Special Circumstances

One-on-One Sessions: Individual tutoring sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for full refund.

Group Classes: No refund for missed classes, but makeup sessions may be arranged.

Teacher Training: Certification courses have different refund terms as specified in the enrollment agreement.

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Physical materials and books once shipped
• Completed assessment fees
• Certificate issuance fees
• Processing and administrative charges

8. Course Transfer Policy

Students may transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value within 30 days. Price difference for higher-value courses must be paid separately.
