2. Digital Content Delivery

Digital courses, assessments, and online materials are delivered instantly upon successful payment through your student dashboard. No shipping charges apply to digital content.

3. Physical Product Shipping

Physical items that may require shipping include:

• Abacus instruments and tools
• Printed workbooks and textbooks
• Certificate hard copies
• Educational materials and accessories

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship physical products within India. International shipping may be available upon request with additional charges.

5. Delivery Timeline

Within Bangalore: 2-3 business days

Within Karnataka: 3-5 business days

Other Indian States: 5-10 business days

Remote Areas: 7-15 business days

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on:

Free shipping may be available for orders above ₹500 within India.

7. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Our shipping partners will attempt delivery during business hours. If you're unavailable, they will leave a delivery notice with rescheduling instructions.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:

12. Returns and Exchanges

Physical products may be returned within 7 days if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs will be borne by SharpAbacus for such cases.
