Sharp Abacus Learning School provides return options for physical educational materials and specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
2. Eligible Items for Return
The following items may be eligible for return:
- Unopened physical educational materials within 7 days of delivery
- Damaged items received in poor condition
- Incorrect items shipped by error
- Defective abacus tools or instruments
- Books or materials with printing defects
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital courses and online content
- Completed assessments or certifications
- Used or opened educational materials
- Personalized or customized items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
4. Return Timeline
Standard Returns: Must be initiated within 7 days of receiving physical items.
Damaged Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong Items: Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at admin@sharpabacus.com
- Provide order details and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship items back in original packaging with all accessories
- Include copy of invoice or order confirmation
6. Return Shipping
Our Error: We will provide prepaid return shipping labels for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Customer Preference: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for items returned due to change of mind.
7. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned items:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days
- Exchange processing: 3-5 business days
8. Refund Method

9. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective items (same product)
- Wrong size or version (if available)
- Damaged items (replacement)
10. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Please contact us before initiating an international return.
